Alas, I hit the same issue with the ‘Starred’ folder. However, I decided not to use the “folders as labels” feature of GMail on my iPhone, since it kept “disappearing” my mail. If you use those features, however, you’ll have to put up with GMail’s silly folder structure.

This would be good, but I use labels for all my email structure and this doesn’t show those once enabled. Any suggestions for that?
